About the Role:

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in the supplements space and be responsible for troubleshooting, submitting cases, escalating issues, and ensuring ASINs remain live and compliant.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Submit and manage case submissions related to listing suspensions, policy violations, FBA issues, and other backend challenges in Amazon Seller Central.
  • Act as a go-to expert for backend resolution, ensuring swift reinstatement of listings and minimizing downtime.
  • Maintain organized case history, track response timelines, and follow through on escalations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations and marketing to ensure all listings meet Amazon's compliance requirements.
  • Support day-to-day brand operations including listing audits, logistics coordination, and customer experience, with special attention to supplement-specific regulations.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience managing Seller Central backend issues, preferably in the supplement, wellness, or health category.
  • Demonstrated success resolving complex cases, reinstating ASINs, and navigating Amazon's internal processes.
  • Strong knowledge of supplement regulations, compliant claims language, and Amazon's restricted products policy.
  • Highly detail-oriented with excellent written communication and follow-through skills.
