Backend Case Manager

Key responsibilities include owning backend troubleshooting across Seller Central, submitting and managing cases, escalating issues, and ensuring ASINs remain live, optimized, and compliant.

Bonus points if you have worked closely with brand operations in the supplement or wellness category.

To succeed in this position, you will need to own case submissions in Amazon Seller Central related to listing suspensions, policy violations, FBA issues, and other backend challenges.

You will act as the go-to expert for backend resolution, ensuring swift reinstatement of listings and minimizing downtime.

Maintaining organized case history, tracking response timelines, and following through on escalations is crucial.

Collaboration with operations and marketing teams is essential to ensure all listings meet Amazon's compliance requirements.

Supporting day-to-day brand operations, including listing audits, logistics coordination, and customer experience, with special attention to supplement-specific regulations is also required.

Responsibilities include:

Required Skills and Qualifications

Requirements include 2+ years of experience managing Seller Central backend issues within the supplement, wellness, or health category.

Demonstrated success resolving complex cases, reinstating ASINs, and navigating Amazon's internal processes is necessary.

A strong knowledge of supplement regulations, compliant claims language, and Amazon's restricted products policy is required.
