Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Relations Manager to join our team at Your Go to Recruiter. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and identifying new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain a deep knowledge of our company's products and services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
- Research and pursue new business opportunities.
- Identify clients' needs and requirements and propose suitable solutions.
- Provide clients with comprehensive product/service consultations and guide their decision-making process.
- Upsell and cross-sell products/services to clients.
- Resolve complaints and issues efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Meet sales/revenue targets.
- Ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Male or Female not more than 35 years old.
- Degree in management, marketing, communication, or a similar field.
- Excellent English communications skills.
- Above average MS Office Skills (Excel, Power point, etc).
- Knowledgeable in sales and incident report presentations.
- At least 2 years experience in Supplier & Client crisis management.
