Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Relations Manager to join our team at Your Go to Recruiter.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a deep knowledge of our company products and services, building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, and researching and pursuing new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a deep knowledge of company products and services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Research and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Identify clients' needs and requirements and propose suitable solutions.
  • Provide clients with comprehensive product/service consultations and guide their decision-making process.
  • Upsell and cross-sell products/services to clients.
  • Resolve complaints and issues efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Meet sales/revenue targets.
  • Ensure client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Male or Female not more than 35 years old.
  • Degree in management, marketing, communication, or a similar field.
  • Excellent English communications skills.
  • Above average MS Office Skills (Excel, Power point, etc).
  • Knowledgeable in sales and incident report presentations.
  • At least 2 years experience in Supplier & Client crisis management.
