Business Analyst Position

As a Business Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our organization by assisting in gathering and analyzing business requirements for project delivery. This involves eliciting and documenting business, functional, and non-functional requirements.

  • Documenting business, functional, and non-functional requirements
  • Supporting the creation and maintenance of process flows, business models, and system documentation
  • Performing basic data analysis to identify trends and insights
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure clear understanding and implementation of business requirements
  • Assisting in conducting gap analyses to identify discrepancies in business processes
  • Helping develop user stories and acceptance criteria for Agile projects
  • Assisting in developing test plans and participating in user acceptance testing
  • Acting as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
  • Preparing and maintaining project-related documents

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 0-2 years of experience in a similar role, including internships or entry-level positions
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Basic understanding of data analysis tools like Excel or SQL
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira or Trello
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
