Job Description

Qualifications for Mid-Level:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.

Strong understanding of business processes, workflows, and process optimization.

Familiarity and interest with AI technologies, including Generative AI, machine learning, and natural language processing.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between business and technical teams.

Experience with process mapping and modeling tools.

Experience with cloud computing platforms, such as Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP)

Experience with Agile development methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)

Qualifications for Junior-Level:

At least 1 year of experience in business analysis or related project support roles.

Basic understanding of SDLC and business analysis methodologies.

Strong documentation, organization, and communication skills.

Familiarity with banking or financial systems is an advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic diagramming tools (e.g., Visio or Lucidchart).
