Job Title: Chief Financial Officer Assistant - Virtual Support

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled virtual assistant with expertise in accounting, finance, reporting, and executive support. The ideal candidate must possess strong proficiency in Excel for financial analysis, be experienced with advanced software systems, and be capable of handling executive assistant responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Analysis & Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with detailed insights.
  • Advanced Software Tasks: Manage financial records, reconcile accounts, track expenses, and utilize data analytics tools.
  • Excel-Based Financial Modeling: Utilize advanced Excel functions (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) for data analysis and budgeting.
  • Administrative Support: Coordinate meetings, manage schedules, organize emails, and provide administrative support to senior executives.
  • Compliance & Audit Assistance: Support tax filing, regulatory compliance, and financial audits.
  • Financial Strategy Support: Provide insights to assist senior executives in making strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in finance, accounting, and executive support.
  • Advanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.
  • Hands-on experience with advanced software systems or similar ERP software.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles, including GAAP compliance.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills for executive tasks.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive in problem-solving.
  • Ability to handle confidential financial information with discretion.
  • Self-motivated and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
