Main Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements business plans to achieve revenue targets
- Builts and fosters strong relationships with clients to drive repeat business and sales
- Manages the Business Development Unit and oversees the implementation of development plans
- Collaborates with the Marketing Department to discuss promotional strategies
- Works closely with Program Managers and other departments to promote the SEELL and AIM brand and raise professional behavior in all aspects of work
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree Graduate, preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications, or any related field
At least 6 years in marketing/sales function or project management with a strong focus on marketing or sales. Directly manages a team and works with cross-functional teams and senior managers and business leaders
