Optimize Supply Chain Operations

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive professional to enhance daily operations in e-commerce and retail fulfilment business.

This role requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities include Order Fulfilment & Logistics Coordination, Multi-Channel Stock & Inventory Management, Retail Order Management & Compliance, Website Updates & Product Listings Management, Customer Service & Issue Resolution, System & Process Optimization, and Reporting & Performance Analysis.

  • Oversee and track all e-commerce orders from placement to delivery, ensuring on-time fulfilment.
  • Liaise with logistics partners, couriers, and suppliers to resolve delivery issues quickly.
  • Implement and refine tracking systems to improve delivery times and order accuracy.
  • Proactively identify and resolve any bottlenecks in order fulfilment.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, logistics, or supply chain management, and possess strong knowledge of multi-channel stock & inventory management, as well as analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Strong knowledge of multi-channel stock & inventory management. Experience working with Amazon, eBay, Shopify, and other e-commerce platforms.
  • Ability to analyze data, optimize processes, and implement improvements.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Understanding of customer service platforms.

Flexible Work Schedule: evenings or night shifts possible.

Work Setup: Homebased or remote work arrangements available.
