Job Opportunity

We are seeking a professional representative to handle inbound calls for home services clients.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication skills, be able to multitask, and have experience working in a customer service role.

Responsibilities include:

  • Handling inbound calls and answering inquiries for home services clients
  • Representing the client professionally
  • Booking appointments on the client's CRM/scheduling platforms
  • Taking detailed call summary notes including contact information, reason for inquiry, and other relevant details
  • Transmitting call notes to the client after each call with accuracy

Key qualifications include:

  • Experience in a customer service or BPO role
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple calls simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using technology such as computers and internet
  • Reliability and attention to detail
