Data Configuration Analyst - A dynamic opportunity to drive customer outcomes and deliver exceptional system configuration.

The Job Overview
  • You will support customers and teams on all aspects of implementations, ensuring accurate and timely system configuration, data quality, and issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate clearly and exceed their expectations on Salesforce and other project systems.
  • Be part of transformative change in our implementation process, working across the Implementations team to provide a mix of paid and unpaid services to customers.
Your Responsibilities
  1. Support customers and teams on all aspects of implementations.
  2. Evaluate completeness of data entry maintenance on Salesforce and other project systems.
  3. Work alongside Implementation Consultants and Customer Support teams to learn and grow within our culture.
  4. Assist with end-to-end Implementation service by performing system configuration, checking issues, and resolving them.
  5. Complete administrative tasks such as systems updates, data review, project updates, and other ad-hoc requests.
  6. Ensure data quality, integrity, and security throughout the implementation process.
  7. Contribute to keeping internal tools and tracking systems up to date, including Salesforce and Asana.
  8. Meet and exceed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), following procedures and standard operating procedures as laid out by management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree (or relevant qualification) OR 2+ years' experience in a HR/Payroll SaaS configuration environment.
  • Experience processing and reviewing large data sets and data entry.
  • Administrating a HR Information System (HRIS) and/or payroll system is an advantage.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work autonomously.
