The ideal candidate will have at least 10+ years of solid work experience managing a global analytics team and delivering different facets of analytics. They should have significant understanding and experience in Data Governance or any Data Maturity Model to champion and execute Schneider's Data Strategy and Vision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a growing team of data scientists, data engineers, data analysts, and data visualization experts delivering all facets of analytics and end-to-end data solutions.
  • Develop the organizational strategy for people, data governance, data maturity, and technology to support the Global Hub's vision of creating the Analytics Center of Excellence.
  • Act as a Data Domain Owner, working with local and global teams to build and manage the Data Architecture and Standards of the data domain.
  • Accountable for sustaining and growing the Analytics as a service business, providing local guidance to both direct and hosted analytics teams while engaging stakeholders throughout Schneider Electric.

Requirements:

  • At least 10+ years of solid work experience in managing a global analytics team delivering end-to-end data solutions (ETL processes, building data pipelines, Data Quality and Governance, etc.) and different facets of analytics (descriptive, predictive, ML, AI).
  • Management experience and level of technical expertise in data and analytics to lead a specialized team while influencing and collaborating with leaders of various businesses.
  • Significant understanding and experience in Data Governance or any Data Maturity Model to champion and execute Schneider's Data Strategy and Vision.
