People Services Specialist

This position supports employees by administering benefits and claims processes, ensuring timely support for health, wellness, and government-mandated benefits.
Key Responsibilities Include Managing employee benefits and claims administration, reconciling HR services and benefits reports, addressing daily employee queries and providing updates, coordinating with service providers, Finance, and stakeholders for seamless processing, working with the HR team to meet service delivery standards, implementing HR policies and ensuring compliance, supporting company-initiated benefits and perks, and performing other assigned tasks.
Responsibilities also include managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy in handling data and documentation.
This role requires a proactive and service-oriented mindset, proficiency in HR systems and tools, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a commitment to continuous learning, integrity, and confidentiality.
