Customer Service Champion

This role plays a pivotal part in delivering exceptional customer experiences by working collaboratively with the Customer Experience Team and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage customer interactions via email and chat in a personalized and professional manner.
  • Take ownership of critical or sensitive customer escalations, ensuring timely resolution and conducting thorough root cause analysis.
  • Identify recurring issues or patterns in customer inquiries and collaborate with relevant teams to implement process improvements.
  • Advocate for customers by escalating systemic issues and partnering with leadership to drive long-term solutions.
  • Contribute innovative ideas on an ongoing basis to enhance customer service efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree required; post-secondary education preferred but not mandatory.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in customer-facing roles, or similar types of positions.
  • Experience or knowledge of the e-commerce and/or retail space is highly desirable.
