Quality Assurance Specialist

The role of Quality Assurance is to ensure that customer interactions are of high quality. This involves evaluating performance, technical accuracy, and adherence to policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate customer interactions based on KPIs such as communication, approach, resolution, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide feedback to team leaders and managers in a timely and constructive manner.
  • Develop and manage scorecards to track teammate performance and provide insights for growth.
  • Implement and maintain dashboards to visualize performance trends and suggest areas for development.
  • Participate in regular meetings with clients to discuss performance scores, trends, and suggestions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Google Suite applications.
  • Trustworthiness and ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Strong listening, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and good judgment.
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
Home Office Setup:
  • A stable internet connection with minimum 50 Mbps postpaid speed.
  • A computer with minimum 16GB RAM and Intel i5 core processor equivalent.
  • Noise-cancelling headset.
  • Backup internet connection and power outage backup.
  • Dual monitor.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

As a remote worker, you will be required to create a dedicated workspace that meets our requirements, ensuring a productive and distraction-free environment.
