Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for an individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to work under pressure.

  • The ideal candidate will have experience handling outbound and inbound calls, generating leads, and closing sales.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls for surveys, lead generation, event invitations, and/or sales.
  • Handle inbound calls to resolve customer queries or close lead/sales.
  • Enter data into customer relationship management (CRM) software.
  • Respond to emails.
  • Create reports using Microsoft Office and Google Drive.
Requirements:
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Typing speed: at least 40WPM.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
