Cloud Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to build and maintain scalable and reliable infrastructure using AWS, Jenkins, GitHub, and Terraform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement high-availability and scalability on AWS.
  • Develop application infrastructure architecture.
  • Collaborate with development teams to define infrastructure requirements and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Improve change management processes.
  • Communicate status effectively to team members and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins for efficient application deployment and release management.
  • Manage and automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot system and application issues, ensuring high availability and performance.
  • Implement monitoring and logging solutions for optimal health and performance of the infrastructure.
  • Perform regular security audits and implement necessary measures to protect the environment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize software development and deployment processes.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience with AWS services.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Strong experience as DevOps Engineer or SRE Engineer in production environments.
  • Advanced knowledge of AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and CloudFormation.
  • Expertise in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub.
  • Solid understanding of source code management with GitHub, including branching, merging, and pull requests.
  • Hands-on experience with infrastructure provisioning and management using Terraform and Helm.
  • Basic scripting skills in languages such as Node.js.
  • Experience with containerization technologies like Docker and EKS is a plus.
