US Tax Client Specialist

The primary goal of this role is to serve as the principal contact for existing client accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage existing client projects, ensuring timely completion and effective communication with clients.
  • Support clients with sales tax settings and permit applications, including updating tax collection settings on sales platforms.
  • Conduct annual nexus reviews, analyzing economic and presence factors to determine changes in clients' sales tax nexus obligations.
  • Client offboarding, including managing permit closure information, final billings, and paperwork.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • A strong preference for experience in tax auditing, consultancy, or advisory.
  • Experience working with project management and detailed analysis and research.
  • Positive references from past supervisors.
  • Sales tax experience is a plus but not required.
