About Our Onboarding Team

We're seeking an experienced sales tax specialist to join our team. As a member of our onboarding team, you'll be responsible for managing client accounts related to nexus reviews, permit applications, offboarding, tax settings, and new sales channels.

You'll be the key point of contact for support on nexus reviews, permits, and other tax-related issues. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing changes to existing client accounts and communicating effectively to progress workflows.
  • Supporting clients and their sales tax accountants with issues related to tax settings, platforms, permits, and offboarding.
  • Updating and testing sales tax settings on platforms.
  • Supporting client offboarding, including permit closure and final paperwork.

To succeed in this role, you'll need excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. You'll also need to have experience in tax auditing, consultancy, or advisory, as well as project management, analysis, and research skills.
