Architecture Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architecture Professional to join our global team. As an essential member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing design expertise on various projects worldwide.

Your primary duties will include:

  • Designing new construction, renovations, and improvement projects for real property facilities
  • Developing design calculations, layouts, drawings, and specifications that meet project objectives and standards
  • Performing construction inspections, quality control, and submittal reviews beyond the expertise of construction managers
  • Creating cost estimates and time schedules, reviewing and analyzing preliminary and final designs, plans, and specifications for technical efficiency and adequacy
  • Preparing necessary correspondence, technical reports, contract documents, fact sheets, and status reports
  • Inspecting installations and observing operations to ensure compliance with design and equipment specifications and safety standards
  • Utilizing computer-assisted engineering software (AutoCAD, coordination studies, load analysis) to perform engineering tasks as assigned
  • Supporting the development of scope, programming, and scheduling definition
  • Providing quality assurance for ongoing projects and serving as a mentor to less experienced engineers

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A graduate degree in architecture and registration as an architect
  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in design and field work
  • Familiarity with Federal building design criteria and construction guide specifications is an advantage
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to adapt to various situations and multitask
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other Microsoft Office Applications
