We're seeking an automation expert to streamline our processes and unlock efficiency.

  • This role involves designing, building, and optimizing automations that empower our teams across recruiting, sales, marketing, and operations.
  • You'll leverage Make.com (Integromat), APIs, webhooks, and custom scripts to create seamless workflows.
  • Your tasks include:
    • Building and scaling automations with Make.com, Zapier, APIs, and webhooks.
    • Identifying inefficiencies and turning them into optimized workflows.
    • Crafting custom scripts when off-the-shelf tools aren't enough.
    • Monitoring, testing, and refining automations for rock-solid performance.
    • Documenting workflows so the team can build upon them.
    • Collaborating with teams to map out processes and design smarter systems.
    • Automating data scraping and enrichment using Apify, Puppeteer, Phantombuster, Hunter.io, and Clearbit.
    • Developing pipelines and dashboards that make data flow effortlessly across the organization.
    What Makes You a Great Fit
    • You have 4–8 years of experience in automation, systems integration, or a related field.
    • A proven track record of building in Make.com is essential.
    • Strong skills with APIs, webhooks, and automation platforms are required.
    • Comfortable writing custom automations with Python or Node.js.
    • A systems thinker who understands how processes work and can improve them.
    • Experience with scraping/enrichment tools is highly valued.
    • Analytical and detail-oriented, with creative problem-solving skills.
    • Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical colleagues.
    • Bonus points: background in BPO, SaaS, recruiting, or sales/marketing tech.
