Virtual Property Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to assist with property management tasks. This role involves managing property listings, handling receivables and deposits, entering and processing bills, and assisting with tenant move-in processes.
Key Responsibilities- AppFolio Management
- Manage property listings and input new properties.
- Handle financial transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Process invoices and payments efficiently.
- Coordinated with the relocation team for smooth move-ins.
- Accounting Support
- Perform routine bookkeeping duties including data entry and reconciliation.
- Assist with financial analysis and reporting as needed.
- General Administrative Tasks
- Maintain accurate records in property management systems.
- Provide timely email and text follow-ups to tenants and stakeholders.
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Experience working with AppFolio or similar property management software.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field preferred.
- Basic accounting knowledge especially with QuickBooks is beneficial.
- Strong written communication skills and ability to compose clear emails and reports.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
