Job Title: Technical Architect Evaluator

We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Technical Evaluator Manager.

The ideal candidate will bring at least 8 years of hands-on architectural experience and possess a deep understanding of the skills and knowledge required for success in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct technical and behavioral interviews for Architects.
  • Evaluate candidate portfolios, work samples, and technical proficiency.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and key evaluation criteria.
  • Assess candidates' skills, expertise, and alignment with project goals and company culture.
  • Provide detailed feedback and recommendations on candidates.
  • Stay updated on architectural trends and industry standards to ensure relevant evaluations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • Licensed Architect.
  • Minimum of 8 years of professional architectural experience.
  • Strong knowledge of architectural design, technical standards, and industry practices.
  • Experience utilizing various software, with a strong emphasis on Revit.
  • Experience in conducting interviews or assessing technical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and evaluate candidates effectively.
  • Fluency in English is required.
