Job Overview

As a senior architect, you will provide technical leadership to remote teams and guide staff on architectural projects. Your strong communication, problem-solving, design, and management skills will enable you to deliver high-quality construction documents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain client relationships by identifying emerging markets and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Collaborate with the team to define tasks and prepare project proposals that meet our clients' expectations.
  • Lead the development of space needs and conduct zoning and code reviews to ensure compliance.
  • Establish design concepts, create 3D models, plan spaces, and coordinate with consultants to deliver exceptional results.
  • Prepare contract documents and supervise technical details to ensure timely completion.
  • Assist in preparing bid packages and respond to contractor RFIs to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Communicate contract requirements and coordinate change orders to maintain a positive working relationship with clients.
Requirements:
  • A professional degree in Architecture is required.
  • Architectural Licensure, preferably in the U.S., or international licensure with strong experience.
  • At least 10 years of relevant architectural experience, demonstrating proven leadership in technical design and documentation.
  • Proficiency in Revit, with additional skills in SketchUp, Photoshop, and related software being an asset.
