Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Process and manage IP-related data, including patent, trademark, design, and utility model formality steps.
  • Contribute to the administration, maintenance, and monitoring of IP data within our internal system.
  • Support various departments as needed to ensure seamless collaboration.
Requirements:
  • A minimum 2+ years of experience in the IP area, preferably as a Paralegal, IP Attorney Assistant, or similar role.
  • A customer-focused attitude with high professionalism and discretion.
  • Precise and autonomous work habits with excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Fluency in English is mandatory (written and spoken); additional APAC languages are considered an asset.
