Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Telecom Sales Manager to join our APAC Sales team at Ribbon Communications.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth in the Philippines, developing new business opportunities, and expanding existing customer relationships. This role requires a strong understanding of the telecommunications industry, market trends, and products.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Penetrate new markets and develop strategic partnerships with service providers, utilities, data centers, and enterprises.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including CxO level executives and telecom partners.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales Engineers, to deliver tailored solutions to customers.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and product offerings.
  • Proven track record of delivering sales results in a fast-paced environment.
