Job Description

As a dynamic and innovative organization, we're seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our Finance team. This is a multi-disciplinary role encompassing Finance, Human Resources, Legal, and Information Technology responsibilities. Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Reporting and Analysis
    • Drive comprehensive monthly and quarterly financial reports for executive leadership and board presentations
    • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for billing operations, expense margins, and revenue trends
    • Conduct detailed analysis of budget-to-actual variances for revenue streams and provide actionable insights to management
  • Accounts Management
    • Manage AR processes, aging reports, and collection strategies to optimize cash flow
    • Oversee AP operations, vendor payments, and expense management systems
    • Continuously improve collections strategies and policies, working closely with teams to optimize cash flow
  • Audit and Compliance
    • Design and implement billing-related internal controls to ensure accuracy, compliance, and fraud prevention
    • Serve as primary point of contact for billing-related audit activities, both internal and external
    • Ensure all financial practices comply with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory guidelines
    Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices, particularly related to accounts receivable and accounts payable
    • Experience with financial reporting, tracking, planning, and analysis
    • Understanding of audit processes and compliance requirements
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail and accuracy
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools
