About this role

We are looking for a highly skilled Compliance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Compliance & Monitoring function, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers use their accounts in compliance with regulatory requirements and our company policies.

You will monitor messaging compliance in real-time, approve or reject live message content, detect and report fraudulent activity, and serve as a senior member of the Compliance function. You will also stay up-to-date on regulatory changes and share best practices with your colleagues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and approve live message content to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Detect and report fraudulent activity, including blocking suspicious accounts
  • Serve as a senior member of the Compliance function and provide guidance to junior team members
  • Stay up-to-date on regulatory changes and share best practices with colleagues

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., law, computer science, communications)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a SaaS or software industry
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to think critically and work independently
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
