
Compliance Resolution Specialist

Job Overview:
The Compliance Coordinator plays a vital role in managing compliance-related inquiries. This individual serves as the first point of contact for employee tickets received through Salesforce or similar platforms, requiring sharp problem-solving skills and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
This is an offshore role operating remotely, where the ideal candidate must balance independence with teamwork and navigate complex or sensitive compliance issues with sound judgment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Ticket & Case Management: Monitor and manage compliance-related tickets, engage with employees to assess inquiries, accurately document, track, and follow up on all cases from intake to resolution.
- Compliance Triage & Escalation: Evaluate each issue, determine the appropriate course of action, route and escalate cases to relevant departments, maintain clear intake logs for audit and reporting.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal stakeholders to validate information, seek subject-matter input, support continuous process improvement by sharing insights from case trends.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Fundamental Skills & Experience: 3+ years in HR operations, compliance support, or case management, familiarity with U.S. or Canadian compliance topics, strong interpersonal and communication skills, critical thinking, and experience with Salesforce or similar systems.
- PREFERRED: Experience supporting North American teams from an offshore/remote environment, comfortable collaborating across time zones, remote work setup, and availability to work overlapping hours with North American time zones.
