Job Title: Real Time Analyst

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Real Time Analyst to join our team.

As a Real Time Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring service level performance, identifying areas of improvement, and implementing corrective actions. You will work closely with the operations management team to ensure seamless communication and effective problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor and analyze service level performance metrics, including AHT, Aux, and Shrinkage.
  • Identify trends and patterns in performance data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop and implement corrective actions to improve performance and drive business results.
  • Collaborate with the operations management team to develop and implement process improvements.
  • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of performance metrics.
Requirements:
  • At least two years of experience as a Real Time Analyst or in a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work in a 24/7 environment, including but not limited to GY shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime as necessary.
