
L2 Helpdesk Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to fill the role of L2 Helpdesk Support Specialist.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Create, modify, and delete user accounts in accordance with company policies
- Implement security measures and group policy changes to maintain a secure network environment
- Manage networking tasks, including router and switch administration, connectivity, and internet configuration
- Troubleshoot email issues, create new accounts, and set up settings for optimal performance
- Administer Office365, creating new accounts, users, settings, and performing maintenance tasks
- Configure and troubleshoot SharePoint, setting up OneDrive access on local computers, and managing permissions
- Resolve general issues surrounding unavailable services, printing, performance, etc.
- Enroll devices into Microsoft Intune and Azure, and maintain daily backups via Datto
- Technical Skills and Qualifications:
- Extensive experience working with Microsoft products, including Windows Server, O365, Active Directory, and VMWare
- Familiarity with network switches, routers, and firewalls (CISCO, HP, and Draytek)
- Current Microsoft certifications and knowledge of ITIL framework
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone, interpersonally, and in writing
- Nice to Have:
- Experience with LAN and WAN networks
- Ability to work across teams and build effective relationships with clients and staff
- Prior experience with an outsourced service delivery environment and consulting services
