Enablement Coordinator Opportunity

We're seeking an Enablement Coordinator to support the development and maintenance of training resources, knowledge base content, and internal processes.

This role is ideal for individuals with a background in writing, documentation, training, or content creation. If you have experience with knowledge systems, CMS, or documentation tools and are passionate about creating quality enablement materials, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

As an Enablement Coordinator, you'll work closely with the Enablement POC to produce high-quality training materials and internal documentation related to various projects. Your responsibilities will include building a clear, organized Knowledge Base, creating Notion and internal intake systems, and defining automation and deflection workflows.

Key qualifications for this role include strong written English skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in using tools like Google Suite, Notion, and Canva. We're looking for a quick learner who is proactive, collaborative, and organized with excellent task management skills.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive Knowledge Base including SOPs, macros, logic flows, help articles, and bot documentation
  • Create Notion and internal intake systems for clarity and version control
  • Design and implement 'knowledge checks' – short quizzes to test understanding after key product launches or process updates
  • Establish a quality review process for new content before publishing
  • Define V1 of automation and deflection workflows, such as chat bot responses and auto-resolution content
Requirements
  • Background in writing, documentation, training, or content creation
