e-Commerce Marketing Manager

About the Role:

This is a hands-on, full-stack marketing position ideal for someone who enjoys doing as much as they enjoy leading.

You'll be responsible for managing and growing regional e-commerce storefronts and marketplace shopfronts, creating and maintaining product listings, building and executing promotional campaigns, and developing email marketing strategies.

  • E-commerce Performance Management: Own the digital marketing strategy and performance across all customer-facing storefronts, including Shopify, Amazon, and eBay.
  • Product Listings: Create and maintain product listings, including imagery, descriptions, SEO, category alignment, and compliance.
  • Promotional Campaigns: Build and execute promotional campaigns across website, email, social, paid media, and marketplaces.
  • Email Marketing: Develop and manage email marketing campaigns for both B2C (consumers) and B2B (distributors, salons, educators).
  • Digital Advertising: Lead digital advertising across Meta, Google, and TikTok Ads, and optimise campaign performance.
