Job Description

Our organization seeks a seasoned Financial Reporting and Tax Senior Associate to oversee key financial functions, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness. This role involves collaborating with senior management to provide relevant financial insights, supporting the preparation of month-end and year-end closing reports, and reviewing tax returns for compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the preparation of accurate and compliant financial reports.
  • Support senior management in providing critical financial insights and analysis.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to guarantee timely submission of financial reports.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or Management Accounting.
  • Strong analytical skills, with ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in accounting software and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and guide associates to promote professional growth.
