Main Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a champion for operational excellence;
  • Support service and process improvement programs;
  • Monitor program metrics and provide operational insights;
  • Conduct audits and propose new systems for continuous improvement;
  • Create a metric-driven determination for operational success;
  • Work with Quality Assurance leaders to resolve quality issues;
  • Develop action plans to improve quality.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of quality management experience;
