Governance & Policy

The Process Improvement Officer (Procurement) is responsible for:

  1. Create consolidated JFC procurement policy
  2. Manage existing policies and processes
People, Process, Technology

  1. Re-engineer processes to incorporate controls and enable people & technology to make them efficient
  2. Lead the cost optimization (Project Quartz) objective of decentralizing spend to functions
  3. Lead the conversion of pseudo spend to standard
  4. Lead the transition of function-PO to procurement
  5. Lead process improvements based on issues and process gaps encountered
Monitoring & Control

  1. Create and drive accountability through performance dashboards (JFC spend analysis, pseudo spend analysis, non-compliance report)
Stakeholder Management

  1. Collaborate with function POCs to drive process transformation
Other Projects

  1. Other activities related to procurement operations
Qualifications

  1. Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Economics.
  2. Must have 3 to 5 years of experience in project management and transformation projects.
  3. Must have a strong understanding of procurement policies, processes, and procedures and their relationship to the system to be implemented.
  4. Must possess both the technical expertise and management experience to ensure successful project implementation.
  5. Willing to be assigned in Ortigas, Pasig (hybrid set-up).
