Marketing and Brand Manager

Job Description

As a key member of our marketing team, you will drive online lead generation through both traditional and non-traditional marketing channels. You will be responsible for launching and managing lead generation campaigns in TV, radio, podcasts, influencer marketing, digital billboards, social media, and AI-assisted voice channels.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute innovative growth-focused marketing plans to expand our reach into untapped markets.
  • Continuously test new marketing channels and analyze data to refine strategies and improve campaign performance.
  • Optimize campaign performance using A/B testing, audience targeting, and conversion tracking to maximize ROI.
  • Work cross-functionally with other teams to align marketing efforts with business goals and stay ahead of industry trends to identify new opportunities for expansion.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in online lead generation or sales with a focus on direct response campaign measurement using both traditional and non-traditional channels.
  • Strong background in performance marketing, data analysis, and campaign testing.
  • A hands-on, test-and-learn mindset with the ability to move quickly and adapt to changing market conditions.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
