Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Zienac Pharmaceutical. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office facilities and equipment, and maintaining confidentiality in all matters.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to senior staff, including scheduling appointments, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
  • Ensure the maintenance of office facilities and equipment, including preventive maintenance and repairs.
  • Supervise and coordinate the work of junior staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Assist with projects and tasks as assigned by senior staff, including research, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Maintain confidentiality in all matters, including sensitive information and confidential documents.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably in a pharmaceutical or healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications, with the ability to learn new systems quickly.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
