Job Summary

The Order Fulfillment Associate is responsible for completing cases and order fulfillment daily according to department policies or Implementation Services Level Agreement. This role prioritizes daily work, communicates with dealers/vendors, and ensures quality service standards are met.

Key Functions

  • Complete orders/cases tickets for all Manual and Automatic DMS providers.
  • Set processing for data to import and complete initial QC.
  • Serve as a backup for the Support and Reconnections team; including but not limited to assisting with Dealer Onboarding, Feed approvals, lagging data, and Admin changes as needed.

Requirements

A minimum of three (3) years in customer contact or customer service is required. A high school diploma or equivalent; IT preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel, Outlook, and Word, is also necessary.
