Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities across the organization
  • Develop and deliver impactful training programs addressing specific learning and development requirements of employees
  • Collaborate with department heads to align training initiatives with company strategic objectives and priorities
  • Sources and manages external training providers and consultants to supplement in-house training capabilities
  • Maintains detailed training records and reports on effectiveness and impact of training programs
  • Provides coaching, mentoring, and ongoing support to help employees reach their full potential

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organisational Development, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in a training and development role, preferably within a corporate environment
  • Demonstrable expertise in needs assessment, instructional design, and delivery of high-impact training programs
  • Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills to engage diverse audiences
  • Strong project management and organizational skills to coordinate multiple training initiatives
