What will you do?

This full-time role presents an exceptional opportunity to lead Aurecon's Winning Work Capability Content Team. As the Capability Content Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the co-creation of strategic content that aligns with Aurecon's sales and marketing objectives across market, portfolio, capability, industry, and regional levels.

We are seeking a leader with experience in collaborative work on client and market collateral that highlights Aurecon's range of Engineering, Design, and Advisory capabilities and specialisations. The candidate should have a history of leading teams to deliver expert content consulting, editorial, storytelling, and visual direction within tight deadlines and high expectations from diverse stakeholders.

Key responsibilities:

  • Capability Content Development: Co-create timely, impactful, and engaging strategically aligned content such as capability statements, pitch decks, and case studies in collaboration with market, portfolio, capability, industry, and regional leaders and subject matter experts. This collateral can be used for client engagements, project bids, and other growth or opportunity-related pursuits.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain high standards of quality, efficiency, and reliability in capability content production by conducting effective content reviews and quality checks. Plan, distribute, and prioritize content workload in an organized manner and enhance productivity through digital innovation and AI, while adhering to Aurecon's brand, IT, and other guidelines.
  • Knowledge Management: Take ownership of capability content repositories and channels. Lead their continuous improvement through communication and promotion of new content, regular update and refresh of existing content, increasing usability and usage, and establishing content governance for proper usage with AI.
  • People Leadership: Support the professional growth of the Capability Content team and ensure a productive, psychologically safe environment for everyone involved in creating capability content.

Skills and experience:

  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience leading content, editorial, service delivery, or design teams is required. Experience in the B2B, construction, design, consulting, and advisory or digital publication sectors is preferred.
  • Demonstrated expertise in editorial excellence, storytelling, content writing, and information management. Proven ability to perform effectively under pressure, meeting short deadlines and high expectations while managing diverse stakeholders and limited resources.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, project, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong English communication and presentation skills.
  • Certifications related to content development, project management, or proposal management would be advantageous but not required.
