About the Role

As a data professional, you will play a key role in driving business outcomes through informed decision-making. We are seeking a skilled and versatile individual to join our team as we continue to innovate and grow.

  • We're looking for a collaborative team player who can provide solutions and strategies to business challenges & questions through the use of data and analytics (reports, dashboards, analytical models & systems).
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, testing, and documenting scalable data flows/pipelines, data models, and data/API integrations that enable the organization to handle increasing data volume and complexity.

Responsibilities:

  1. Design, develop, and maintain high-quality data pipelines and architectures.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize business requirements and deliver data-driven insights.
  3. Develop and maintain data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to support business stakeholders.

Requirements & Skills

Must-have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, or engineering courses; or 1-2 years of experience in related work.
  • Strong programming fundamentals (Python) and proven ability to collaborate within a team.
  • Proficiency in relational databases, SQL.
  • Familiarity with business intelligence/dashboarding tools.

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience with cloud services (preferably GCP).
  • Experience in Python for data science, strong math and statistics skills.
