Job Role Summary
  • We are seeking a highly skilled Data Encoder to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  1. The primary role of the Data Encoder will be to maintain and optimize the data system, ensuring all information is accurately recorded and up-to-date.
  2. This includes checking work for errors or duplicate entries, accurately encoding data, and inputting and tracking encoded data and records.
  3. The Data Encoder will also be responsible for reporting any major errors or inconsistencies to management.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Familiarity with MS Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Please note that while we welcome fresh graduates, prior experience in data encoding and IT-related fields is preferred.
