Seeking a skilled professional to join our team in resolving email delivery challenges.

About this role: Our ideal candidate will have expertise in researching and diagnosing deliverability issues, as well as experience with 3rd party email deliverability tools. The successful candidate will also possess a basic understanding of authentication protocols and global privacy laws.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and solve delivery and deliverability challenges.
  • Assist Heroes with blocklists, spam traps, and issues with ISPs.
  • Help produce schedules for email warmup and monitor progress.
  • Monitor email metrics and improve sending reputations.
Attributes for Success
  • 1+ years experience in a customer-facing team
  • Likes the hands-on aspect of researching and diagnosing deliverability issues
  • Familiarity with 3rd party email deliverability tools
  • A basic understanding of authentication protocols
  • An understanding of global privacy and anti-spam laws
  • Strong empathy for customers and passion for revenue and growth
