We are seeking an experienced Email Marketing professional to join our team. As a key member of the marketing department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing email campaigns that drive engagement and conversion.

About the Role

This is a full-time remote position that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Develop and execute data-driven email marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Design and optimize email templates to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and effective email content.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to inform future marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will have:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in email marketing, preferably in e-commerce.
  • Proven track record of improving email metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
  • Strong knowledge of email marketing automation tools and platforms.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
