
Financial Record Manager

The primary objective of this role is to ensure the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date financial records. This involves adherence to accounting standards and regulations, requiring a high level of analytical and organizational skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Reconcile bank statements across multiple entities on a regular basis.
- Clear account reconciliations, encompassing all entities, on a weekly schedule.
- Conduct monthly direct debit reconciliations and investigations.
- Prepare business activity statements (BAS) on a monthly basis.
- Process journals in accordance with established procedures.
- Upload payroll journals on a weekly, monthly, and fortnightly cycle.
- Foster collaboration with finance operations stakeholders to resolve queries and discrepancies.
- Support internal and external audit processes as necessary.
- Pursue initiatives aimed at enhancing business and system efficiency through automation.
- A minimum of 2-3 years' experience in accounting or bookkeeping roles.
- Holding a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Experience supporting markets in AU/US/EMEA/APAC regions.
- Hold bookkeeping or partial CPA/CA qualification.
