Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Bookkeeper to join our team of experts. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial operations, maintaining accurate financial records, and preparing insightful financial reports.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Operations Management: Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate payment and receipt of funds.
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain up-to-date financial records using accounting software such as Quickbooks, Xero, Intacct, NetSuite, etc.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and income statements, providing actionable insights for management review.
  • Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank statements to ensure accuracy in financial transactions.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Quickbooks, Xero, Intacct, NetSuite, etc.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
