Financial Expert

We are seeking a skilled financial expert to manage our accounts receivable and billing processes.

Duties:
  • Prepare accurate and timely invoices for customers.
  • Manage accounts receivable, ensuring prompt payment collection.
  • Reconcile customer accounts, resolving any discrepancies or billing issues.
  • Maintain detailed records of billing transactions and customer communications.
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices, implementing effective collection strategies.
  • Collaborate with the sales and customer service teams to ensure accurate billing and resolve customer inquiries.
  • Analyze accounts receivable reports, including aging reports and monthly summaries.
  • Assist with month-end closing activities and financial reporting related to billing and accounts receivable.
  • Evaluate compliance with accounting regulations and company policies.
  • Support the finance team with special projects and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in billing and accounts receivable.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and accounts receivable processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Experience with accounting software and ERP systems is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
