
Senior Legal Administrator

Support attorneys by collecting, organizing evidence and legal documents, assisting with filings and trial preparations, and managing communications among parties. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Client Communication: Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts for information gathering and updates.
- Document Review: Draft and review discovery documents in family law cases.
- Evidence Organization: Organize evidence and legal documents for review.
- Legal Document Preparation: Prepare, file, and serve legal documents such as contracts and pleadings.
- Coordination: Coordinate schedules and share information among involved parties.
- Document Management: Maintain organized systems for document management.
- Discovery Assistance: Assist with discovery by reviewing and producing documents.
- Trial Preparation: Help prepare for trials by assembling exhibits and legal filings.
- Court Attendance: Attend virtual legal proceedings to support attorneys, if needed.
- Summary Creation: Summarize depositions, transcripts, and exhibits.
- Chart Creation: Create charts, graphs, and summaries for case presentation.
- Legal Document Filing: File legal documents with courts and serve opposing counsel.
- Case Tracking: Use legal software for document preparation and case tracking.
- Time Recording: Record billable hours for invoicing.
- Education: Paralegal certification or legal studies degree.
- Experience: Experience as a paralegal.
- Device Requirement: Must have a Windows OS device.
- Real Estate Experience: Experience with real estate document preparation.
- Family Law Knowledge: Familiarity with discovery in family law cases.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate directly with clients and witnesses.
- Organization Skills: Skilled in organizing legal documents and evidence.
