Key Responsibilities- Solve complex technical issues and document solutions to improve future support efforts
- Install, configure, test, and maintain operating systems, application software, and system management tools
- Manage communication with internal customers from request to resolution in partnership with other departments
- Assist external providers or vendors during certain IT activities while ensuring compliance with company standards
- Manage IT assets (computer and network equipment, servers, and licenses)
- Coordinate access to IT tools while ensuring security standards are met
- Support server infrastructure, virtualization, communications, and security to guarantee availability
- Monitor all installed systems and VMware infrastructure
- Manage desktop devices and printers
- Ensure the highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Professional education or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2-5 years of relevant experience(s)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically
- Excellent time management and teamwork skills
- Customer service and communication skills
- Familiarity with hardware lifecycle, software lifecycle, Windows, virtualization, build & test tools, network, and firewall knowledge
